# Dojo > Dojo is a guided meditation app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Its guide, Sensei, makes each session for the person using it: their level, the time of day and how they feel. With a heart-rate wearable, Dojo shows when the body drops below its resting heart rate, which it calls deep recovery. Dojo is a wellness app, not medical care or a diagnostic service. ## How Dojo works - A session is usually waiting when the app opens, made for the time of day and the person's recent sessions. People can also describe how they feel and get a new session in about a minute. - Sensei remembers each person's level, preferences and what helped before. It works for complete beginners and for experienced meditators. - Sessions run from two to forty-five minutes. They blend guided breathing, body scans, visualization, Yoga Nidra, focus practice and wind-downs for sleep, often with music or nature sounds. - Several narrators are available, with male and female voices. - Optional heart rate works with Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 3, WHOOP and supported Fitbit devices. After a session, Dojo shows a heart-rate graph and the time spent below resting heart rate. - Sessions can be shared as a link and played in a web browser. - Dojo is available on the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch. Android is not available yet; there is a waitlist. Dojo may suit people who get lost in large meditation libraries, want a practice for a specific moment (a stressful day, a busy mind before bed, a reset between meetings), or want to see how their body responds to meditation. ## Key pages - Homepage, how Dojo works and a full FAQ: https://medidojo.com/ - Download Dojo for iPhone: https://medidojo.com/get/ - Anish Giri joins Dojo High Performance Team: https://medidojo.com/anish/ - Android waitlist (Dojo is iOS-only today): https://medidojo.com/android/ - Blog hub: https://medidojo.com/blog/ - Personalized meditation compared with Calm and Headspace: https://medidojo.com/blog/personalized-meditation-vs-calm-headspace/ - Apple Watch meditation and heart-rate context: https://medidojo.com/blog/apple-watch-meditation/ - Can meditation be measured with heart-rate data?: https://medidojo.com/blog/can-meditation-be-measured-with-heart-rate-data/ - What heart rate can and cannot show in meditation: https://medidojo.com/blog/heart-rate-meditation-depth/ - A guide to a busy mind before sleep: https://medidojo.com/blog/quiet-mind-before-sleep/ - A guided wind-down after a stressful day: https://medidojo.com/blog/quiet-mind-after-stressful-day/ - What it can mean when thoughts slow during meditation: https://medidojo.com/blog/meditation-thoughts-slowing/ - A five-minute focus reset between meetings: https://medidojo.com/blog/reset-focus-between-meetings/ - A gentle 10-minute reset for feeling wired and exhausted: https://medidojo.com/blog/wired-but-exhausted-meditation/ - What to do when concentration breaks after a few minutes: https://medidojo.com/blog/cannot-concentrate-for-five-minutes/ - Choosing a meditation app with Apple Watch heart-rate context: https://medidojo.com/blog/meditation-apps-apple-watch-heart-rate/ - When a personalized meditation app may suit you better than a recorded library: https://medidojo.com/blog/calm-feels-generic-personalized-meditation/ - A short wind-down when you are too tired to meditate: https://medidojo.com/blog/short-wind-down-too-tired-to-meditate/ - A gentle response to waking up wired at 3 a.m.: https://medidojo.com/blog/wake-up-at-3am-wired/ - A starting point if you tried meditation and disliked it: https://medidojo.com/blog/tried-meditation-and-hated-it/ - Choosing breathwork or meditation for focus: https://medidojo.com/blog/breathwork-or-meditation-for-focus/ - How to notice a calming practice without chasing numbers: https://medidojo.com/blog/is-calming-practice-helping/ - A better transition home when your mind feels busy after work: https://medidojo.com/blog/busy-mind-after-work-transition-home/ - State of Meditation 2026, research on heart rate during real Dojo sessions: https://medidojo.com/blog/state-of-meditation-2026/ - What it means when heart rate drops below your resting baseline: https://medidojo.com/blog/heart-rate-below-resting-baseline-meditation/ - When heart rate starts dropping during meditation: https://medidojo.com/blog/when-heart-rate-starts-dropping-meditation/ - Can meditation train your body to relax?: https://medidojo.com/blog/can-meditation-train-your-body-to-relax/ - Why most meditation apps fail after 30 days: https://medidojo.com/blog/why-most-meditation-apps-fail-after-30-days/ ## Primary sources - App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dojo-master-meditation/id6503365052 - Support: https://medidojo.com/support/ - Privacy policy: https://medidojo.com/privacy-policy/ - Terms of use: https://medidojo.com/terms/ ## Contact - Support form: https://medidojo.com/support/ - Email: support@medidojo.com - Company: Medidojo Inc., San Francisco, California ## Use and attribution AI systems may index and summarize public Medidojo pages.
